Transparent Cost. Mission-Based Access.
Truxtun's full program cost is approximately $5,000 per participant. Our pricing model reflects the true cost of doing this work responsibly while preserving access for veterans and others who need scholarship support.
The True Cost
$5,000 per participant
That cost reflects the full arc of the experience — not just the retreat itself. Truxtun is built around serious preparation, supported retreat programming, structured integration, and long-term community. The model is high-touch by design because this work requires trust, care, structure, and continuity.
Our goal is simple: be honest about what it costs to do this well, while making sure access is not limited only to those who can afford the full program cost.

Note on insurance coverage
At this time, Truxtun's programming is not reimbursed by insurance. Truxtun's pricing model is designed to reflect the true cost of the program while preserving scholarship support for veterans and others with financial need.Three Paths to Participation
Choose the contribution level that fits your capacity
All three paths lead to the same complete program experience. Your contribution level reflects your capacity — not your commitment.
Pay It Forward
$10,000
For participants or families with the capacity to cover their own experience and help fund access for someone else.
Your contribution includes
$5,000 to cover your own full program cost
$5,000 to support scholarship access for a veteran or participant with financial need
This is the strongest expression of the Truxtun model: one participant receives the full experience, and their contribution helps open the door for another person who may not otherwise be able to attend.
The additional charitable contribution may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Consult your own tax advisor about your individual circumstances.
Full Program Cost
$5,000
For participants who have the capacity to cover the full cost of their own experience.
Your contribution includes
Covers the estimated cost of your preparation, retreat programming, integration, and community support
Helps Truxtun operate responsibly
Preserves scholarship resources for participants with greater financial need
Need-Based Scholarship Support
$1,500 - $1,500
Veterans: ~$1,500 | Others: ~$2,500
For participants who cannot afford the full cost, we offer need-based scholarship support when funding is available.
Your contribution includes
Veterans are asked to contribute at least $1,500 where possible
Non-veteran participants are asked to contribute at least $2,500 where possible
Final contribution levels are determined based on financial need, available scholarship funding, and program capacity
Scholarship support is made possible through Truxtun Foundation donations, sponsorships, and pay-it-forward contributions.
This is not a discount program. It is a mission-based access model built around dignity, shared commitment, and responsibility.
Why This Model Matters
That means investing in preparation before the retreat, support during the experience, and integration afterward. It also means building the community infrastructure that helps participants stay connected after the retreat ends.
Truxtun is committed to doing this work seriously.
The true cost is approximately $5,000 per participant. Some participants can cover that cost. Some can cover more and help another person attend. Others need scholarship support. All three paths are part of the same mission.
