Women’s-Only Program

October 9-12

We’re heading back to the mountains. Preparation starts weeks before anyone shows up, and integration continues well after. The weekend itself is movement, breathwork, sound, ceremony, nature, and conversation. If you’ve been thinking about it, this is a good one to come to.

01 Arrival

Preparation

The first days are for getting comfortable with the environment and with your cohort. Wellness sessions help you settle in and start the retreat together.

02 The Ceremony

Experience

On the second or third day, you can participate in a carefully controlled ceremony setting with trained facilitators present. The experience unfolds over four to six hours. You are held by the space, the music, and the presence of those around you.

03 Departure

Integration

The final days are for integration. We process what emerged, share stories, and prepare you to carry this work back into your life. You do not leave alone. You leave with a community.
