→ Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Sierra Crowe is a U.S. Navy Flight Surgeon completing her residency in Occupational and Environmental Medicine and a Lifestyle Medicine certification at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.

On active duty, she served as Medical Department Head for VFA-125 and Carrier Air Wing 11, advising command leadership on health strategy and readiness while providing holistic care to Navy fighter pilots and TOP GUN graduates. As Health and Wellness Promotion Officer across both tours, she built command-wide preventive health programs—earning her command the top preventive health award three years running and measurably improving morale. Her honors include the Surgeon General's Award for Excellence in Flight Surgery.

She is developing a lifestyle medicine for workplace health course with the Harvard Advanced Learning Academy, and her research spans workforce mental health and burnout, psychedelic experiences in veterans, and scalable digital wellness interventions.

An avid outdoorswoman and private pilot, Dr. Crowe enjoys skiing, fly-fishing, horseback riding, and flying with her family in Alaska. She is incurably curious and has an insatiable zest for life.
