Stephanie LoConte is a Registered Nurse (BSN, CCRN) and Director of Safety-Ops at Truxtun, where she leads clinical protocols, safety oversight, and the execution logistics behind every cohort.

She spent her career in critical care before Truxtun, most recently as an Intensive Care Nurse at Penn Medicine, and earlier as a critical care nurse at Huntsville Hospital and on assignment at Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital. That ICU background, holding the line when the stakes are highest, is what she brings to participant safety now.

As Director of Safety-Ops, she translates complex care needs into systems that scale, from intake to retreat to reintegration. She manages the medical screening, safety systems, and operational backbone that let each cohort move through preparation, experience, and integration with clinical rigor at every step. Truxtun's work currently supports service academy and special operations veterans navigating the transition into civilian life.

A Fairfield University graduate based in Greater Boston, Stephanie built her career at the bedside in intensive care, and now builds the systems that keep high performers safe as they do the deepest work of their lives.
